OIL DEHYDRATION

[ Electric Treaters ]

The CPSC Electric Treater induces an AC static field to process higher volumes of crude oil at lower operating temperatures, which conserves oil gravity and reduces fuel consumption. Designed to handle large volumes of oil with API gravities from 12º to 45º.
[ Vertical Treaters ]

CPSC designs and manufacturers standard vertical treaters to handle from 400 to 13,000 BPD at working pressures from 50psi to 250psi. Using a series of standard and custom designs, CPSC is able to heat, remove free water, dehydrate, coalesce and remove gas from your well stream.
[ Flow Splitter ]

The CPSC Flow Splitter is a unit designed to separate free water from production streams up to 140,000 BPD and split the hydrocarbon emulsion stream into the number of desired treaters to dehydrate the hydrocarbon stream. Flow Splitters come in two or three phase designs and can have firetubes in the hydrocarbon section to pre-heat the oil
