GAS CONDITIONING

[ Horizontal Separators ]

CPSC offers Horizontal separators with vane, wire mesh or PVC plate mist extractors. Two and three-phase designs are available for separation of Low-to-High Gas/Oil ratio well streams. Separators have electronic or pneumatic instrumentation and safety control devices for safe operation. Horizontal separators are ideal for High Gas/Liquid ratio well streams and foaming tendencies.

[ Vertical Separators ]

CPSC Vertical two or three phase separators are suitable for High Gas/Oil ratio well streams containing paraffinic compounds, organic or inorganic solids. Vertical separators are available with electronic or pneumatic instrumentation and safety control devices with internal vane or wire mesh mist extractors to enhance Liquid/Gas separation.

[ Production Paks ]

CPSC Production Paks are enclosed Heater/Separator Systems designed for cold climate operation and simple field installation and operation

[ Filter Separators ]

CPSC Filter Separators produce more than 99% separation efficiency of 0.3 micron or larger particles

[ Indirect Heaters API-12F ]

CPSC Indirect Heaters are self-contained units that transfer heat from a water bath to a coil bundle containing a process stream. Coil bundles come in a number of configurations and can be designed for pressures up to 15,000 PSIG. Indirect Heaters provide process outlet temperatures up to 185º.

[ Salt Bath Heaters ]

CPSC Salt Bath Heaters utilize salt as a transfer media in lieu of water. The salt liquefies at 390º allowing a process stream outlet temperature of 300º to 650º to be achieved. Salt Bath Heaters are designed for high rates at low to medium operating pressures

[ Steam Bath Heaters ASME Sec. IV ]

CPSC Steam Bath Heaters utilize low-pressure steam as a transfer media to the process stream coil. Designed to the ASME Power Boiler Code, outlet process streams temperatures of 215ºF at 15 PSIG steam pressure can be achieved. The low-pressure steam can also be used for small co-generation projects.

[ Glycol Dehydration ]

CPSC Dry Bed Dehydration Systems are designed for high volume gas or liquid streams requiring a low dewpoint. Dry Bed Dehydration Systems utilize silica gel or molecular sieve media to attain dewpoints as low as -150 ºF in natural gas streams. These systems may be used for dehydrating LPG or CO2 gas process streams

[ Gas Sweetening Systems ]

CPSC Gas Sweetening systems are designed to remove H2S and CO2 from process gas streams. Utilizing MEA, DEA, MDEA, as well as a number of trademarked amine processes, CPSC systems are designed to maintain minimum operating costs. Iron sponge is recommended for small process stream volumes.
